NCDS offers a number of great services FREE of charge to help employers with hiring and assist with developing new employees including:

• FREE Public Resource Centre

• Employee Recruitment / Matching / Pre-Screening

• Job Postings – Creating job ads and posting on public job board, assistance with job bank ads
• Job ORDER FORM - email to resources2@cworks.ca

• Employment/Volunteer Applications - Distributing and collecting

• Interview Accommodations

• Community Referral Source & Human Resource Information - WSIB, minimum wage, labour market info, etc

• Odd Jobs – Need to hire someone for a day or short term work? Try someone from our pool of candidates! (not pre-screened)

• On & off site Workshops - WHMIS, Customer Service, First Aid/CPR etc

We can help you with your hiring. NCDS may be able to recommend a candidate to meet an employer’s needs. We have a pool of potential employees that we will be happy to pre-screen for you and refer for an interview.
