When you book an appointment or sign up for a workshop, we commit to having enough time available to assist you. That affects how many other clients we can support. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please let us know. Your appointment opening up may offer a valuable opportunity for another client to receive assistance!

We forget about appointments here and there. Luckily, NCDS provides friendly reminder phone calls at least one day before your appointment or workshop.
Appointments: If you do not show up for two (2) appointments, NCDS will temporarily suspend immediate assisted services until you’ve completed our Employer Expectations workshop. In the meantime, you can still work independently in our facility.
Workshops: If you do not show up for two (2) workshops, NCDS will temporarily suspend access to our workshops. Reinstatement of workshop access will be at the discretion of the NCDS staff. In the meantime, you can still work independently in our facility.
Can’t make it to your workshop? NCDS requires 24 hours’ notice when cancelling your attendance. Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance will result in NCDS withholding 50% of your payment for paid workshops.
